Description

This research project attempts to provide new information on the potential impact of HIV/AIDS in Russia. By reviewing recent evidence, the study will consider whether and in what ways HIV/AIDS might or might not contribute to fragility in the Russian state including the armed forces. One of the factors in this causal relationship to be explored is the reduction in the number of eligible fit youths for military services due to HIV/AIDS
